Worthless. Took my money ($75 plus cost of appt) for ADHD testing for my 6 year old. Didn’t work due some glitch and she had to retest, which we did. Never gave me results. I called a couple weeks later asking them for results and they said they’d call me back. A couple weeks later they called to set up a follow up for the medication therapy that they NEVER PRESCRIBED. Dr Mansoor is wonderful. She listens, she cares, and worries about your health because she cares about you as a person. She is not adverse to switching up meds, or recommending other treatments that she thinks will work for you. Heather is wonderful at the front desk, and I loved seeing her every day and chatting, learning about her and her life! I almost miss going in every day! We have loved our experience there as we close in on a year with diagnosis, medications, and appointments. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s great to be able to see the same staff every time we go in. We loved working with Ms. Winkle and will miss her tremendously but are looking forward to working with Dr. Mansoor.
Ms. Vanessa has been great in treating my depression and anxiety. I have felt so supported every step of the way and fill so optimistic about adapting to my new diagnosis with great outcomes. The office staff is so friendly and helpful!
Their portal wasn’t working online to fill out forms. I asked to fill out forms in person or reschedule. They said no and canceled my child’s appointment and told me I’d have to pay the $100 deposit again. I explained our financial situation and asked if they would please let us reschedule. We are facing homelessness and it was a sacrifice for me to save up the $100 to get my child help. But they said no. This place doesn’t care about people; they care about money.
