We have loved our experience there as we close in on a year with diagnosis, medications, and appointments. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s great to be able to see the same staff every time we go in. We loved working with Ms. Winkle and will miss her tremendously but are looking forward to working with Dr. Mansoor.
Ms. Vanessa has been great in treating my depression and anxiety. I have felt so supported every step of the way and fill so optimistic about adapting to my new diagnosis with great outcomes. The office staff is so friendly and helpful!
Their portal wasn’t working online to fill out forms. I asked to fill out forms in person or reschedule. They said no and canceled my child’s appointment and told me I’d have to pay the $100 deposit again. I explained our financial situation and asked if they would please let us reschedule. We are facing homelessness and it was a sacrifice for me to save up the $100 to get my child help. But they said no. This place doesn’t care about people; they care about money.
Dr. Mansoor is genuine and compassionate, and she advocates for her clients. She provides Spravato therapy, and that has made such a big difference for my depression. My insurance company took a while to approve it, but Heather kept me well-informed as she worked on my behalf until it went through. She, along with Alanis and Vanessa and the rest of the team make office visits pleasant, welcoming, warm, and stress-free. I’m so hopeful with this new treatment and highly recommend Dr. Mansoor and everyone on her team!
