Hello to everyone reading my review I want to start off by saying I have anxiety and getting a root canal was scary at first.My support was not allowed in the room with me due to CDC guidelines and regulations so my anxiety went up but Dr. Cloutier and his assistant Cassy made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. Dr. Cloutier reassured me that everything was going to be fine he walked me through everything. My experience with and treatment by Dr. Ball and his staff was nothing short of phenomenal. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel at home. They treat you like family. Dr. Ball and his staff are patient, good listeners, and detailed in answering questions. If someone is in need of an Endodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Ball.
