Poor communication, they make you download an app and never respond to your messages. When you request refills they somehow never get sent to the pharmacy. They don't bother to notify you that your specific doctor is leaving the practice. They schedule you an appointment and don't bother to call you. Now don't answer their phone, you leave a message and they can't call you back?

I was Dr Mroueh patient and I was really concerned to see another doctor, I called to schedule appointment and one of the girls there Clarissa really sweet girl, kindly explained me the options I have for new doctor , the main thing I love about this clinic is that I never wait more than 15 minutes to be called, if y'all are that kinda desperate people then I recommend this clinic.

Girls at the front are rude, uninterested and have no customer service. I stood in front of one and said hello. She didn’t acknowledge me so I had to say it louder. She acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be talking to her, and I know she saw me standing there from the beginning. I work at a dental office and I would never treat my patients like this.
