****UPDATE***** Day 32 of our car in the shop, after several texts and messages Manuel finally calls my husband and advises the car will be done today @2:30pm, I guess we will see if the 3rd time is finally a charm. In the meantime, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and looking to see what recourse I have for this horrendous experience.
