I wanted to get a hearing test completed as I had not had one done in a few years. Being under Medicare with a Cigna Supplemental plan. Cigna partners with HCS or Hearing Care Solutions. When I contacted HCS, they recommended this place that is close to my home. HCS made an appointment for me, which I kept today. The place is pretty easy to find. If you are looking for a gentle doctor that takes their time look no further! Took our 12-year old daughter to help with wax build-up and he was patient, kind and gentle during the cleaning. Highly recommended!!!

Always helpful and professional
My 10 year old son started experiencing hearing loss last year (or that's when we recognized it). It was difficult for us to face the reality that he would need hearing aids. Dr. Ruiz made me and my son feel extremely comfortable. He performed a hearing test to show us how each ear was responding to the test. He gave us several options for hearing aids.
