Really disappointed when we started to unpack our household goods! A bookshelf was labeled broken, when in fact, it was in perfect condition when the movers where there to pack it! A video camera, PSP, along with chargers and wands for a Nintendo DS were missing! 5 years of running a business at home - I stored important information on my 8gig memory device was also missing!
