Its a bit of a hole in the wall, but its clean, well kept, and a drive to angels camp or Jackson if you dont wanna go here. Personally I would rather my insurance money go to one of the few remaining mom n pop pharmacies. But thats just me. Unlike a lot of Pharmacies who have to deal with angry Karen's deaperate for pain meds the Sacklers got em hooked on, the staff remains friendly and helpful. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Was on hold for 20 minutes. Have gone several times to pick up during business hours and the door is locked and place is closed. It's disappointing that our local pharmacy that I want to so badly use and support is so difficult. Finally found them open after several days of trying to get my prescription and while standing at the counter, the pharmacist walked out and then I was told I would have to wait for him to return to sign off on the prescriptions! ....They've been here all week al... read more

I appreciate the kind service & the prescription ready when they tell me it will be ready! Thank you San Andreas Pharmacy! Updated November 10, 2025…. Moved all my business here when Rite Aid closed this year and so glad I did. They are wonderful!
