First time I went an older guy answered my questions like Im the dumbest pool owner on earth. Second time I sent my wife to buy something on sale and the Pakistani guy behind the counter kept insisting to go to the website poolspamart because they dont want to do retail anymore. Judging by his attitude, she can see why. ill stick to Leslie's.
Seriously, all pool equipment aside (yes we bought a hayward pool pump) the customer service from Sanjay was nothing like Ive experienced from a routine purchase. He continued to provide information and guidance on how to interface our old pump's control panel with our updated VS pump's controller. On the phone, via emails, and with an on-site tech to ensure we were up and running once installation was complete.
