I have a bit more complex medication and coverage that needs to be applied for it. I had been with another pharmacy for years and they applied the coverages properly so I didn't need to pay. Samy's was not up to the task asking me to pay a $400 difference for my medication. Needless to say we will be switching back to my old pharmacy which is farther for us to travel to but worth saving us the headache. Dr Okoli (and his Staff) are absolutely amazing! Dr Okoli especially is very attentive, knowledgeable and very up to date concerning the patient’s health and condition! He is personable, makes you feel comfortable and at ease. It is hard to find Doctors who make you feel like you matter, and Doctor Okoli is exceptional in his field! Even with all that, his smile stands out when he greets his patients! I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge!
