I was taken by ambulance to Ocala trama center because I had passed out . It was thought that I was having a stroke . Dr Elbadri diagnosed that I had an aortic tear . He sent me to Shands for surgery after placing a drain in exact position which kept me alive long enough to undergo surgery to replace my ascending aorta . He also called my wife later to inquire how I was doing . Thank you Dr Elbadri and staff and Dr Jeng and staff at Shands hospital I have been told that most people do not survive this type of heart attack .
