I tried for 10 days to make an appt. with this office & discuss my grandson's serious situation. It's near impossible to get thru the screener/gatekeeper! Each time u call it's someone different & u have to explain your reason for calling all over again while they clank on their keyboard in ur ear & ask u to repeat everything 5 times. These are clerks working from home, not medically trained, so medical terminology is foreign to them. You can't speak directly to a nurse at all & takes days to get a call back, if at all. My experience with Houston Methodist was positive. Al the staff was friendly and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. It is by far the best hospital I’ve ever been to
Doctor Santa Shafi helped me identify a type of infection I had and she was able to provide the right treatment to get the infection away from my body! I recommend doctor Sammy’s Shafi, her team is very efficient and her communication is excellent.
Had a great experience for a ER visit. Wait time was short. The doctor and nurses did amazing and addressed all of my concerns quickly . Highly recommend if you have to go to a ER
