The office staff is ridiculous. Making my job to call the business that did a hearing that 6 months ago to get the results faxed to them, they won't see my daughter before they receive these results! Seems ridiculous! Literally told me they wouldn't make me an appointment until the results from half year ago would be sent!
Dr.Samy is an awesome doctor and has really helped my daughter...so for Dr.Samy she gets 5 stars. Now where this office lacks is their secretaries. There are very rude and condescending when speaking with them over the phone. I highly suggest customer service training for the office staff...I mean people are dealing with their children’s hearing when they are dealing with this office so try to have a little compassion when speaking to patients or their parents.
