Dr. Samy has replaced a tube in my ear twice. She is very caring and personable. I was told if I have any problem in the next year to come back to see her.
Terrible service. Dr Sammy was just simply rude to my and she’s simply there to pick up a cheque . If refered here by another doctor, I would ask to see someone else even if it means you have to wait longer. This doctor should get a reprimanding from the officials!
I was referred to Dr. Samy by my family physician due to long wait times for specialists in my city. After waiting six months and traveling out of town, I was finally seen. Dr. Samy told me I was the last out-of-town patient she would accept as she was no longer taking any more. From the very beginning, she was cold and questioned why I came to her city. The office staff is ridiculous. Making my job to call the business that did a hearing that 6 months ago to get the results faxed to them, they won't see my daughter before they receive these results! Seems ridiculous! Literally told me they wouldn't make me an appointment until the results from half year ago would be sent!
