I have recently started attending Samy Medical Practice as a new patient I am extremely impressed with all staff from reception through to Drs kindness and genuine care. I am under the care of Dr Yashan who is caring and a brilliant GP. However today I was most impressed by the service, I am suffering from back pain and needed to speak with a GP about pain management. I recently visited Samy Medical Centre and had an excellent experience. Although there was a delay with appointments on the day, Dr Samy personally came into the waiting room to apologise and explain the situation, which I appreciated. It was clear that the doctors genuinely care about their patients and take the time needed to provide proper care rather than rushing people through appointments. I am 70 years old, visited many clinics but appreciated Dr Alan Bong’s excellent services at Samy Medical clinic. He is caring, responsive thoroughly to understand patient’s problem. Question your past history and analysis the best medical cares. Never ever create an atmosphere of fears for abstaining suggestion of treatments.
