I needed two pieces of flooring to finish a room. They told me they only sell full boxes. Most of the time that would be fine expect the was AN OPEN BOX THAT WAS ONLY HALF FULL ON THE SHELF! I grabbed my two pieces at full box price and walked out and will never do business there again.
We bought an expensive leather sectional. I planned to buy more furniture there when needed. I noticed a seam that needed fixed. Starting in April, I contacted them and after numerous times visiting with them, they never followed up with me to fix it. Very disappointed they won't back what they sell. They ruined me from ever shopping there again.
Real high quality furniture. We are replacing our living room furniture we bought 12 years ago from Samway. Kim is the best. She helped me out by phone and encouraged me to come down to sit in my choice. So glad! Ended up changing thing and added features.
