Visited Samurai Barber for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Ken, the very friendly Japanese barber, was professional, welcoming, and clearly takes great pride in his work. His attention to detail was amazing, making sure every part of the cut was just right and taking the time to achieve a perfect finish. I came in with a clear idea, showed a reference photo and explained everything in detail, but the haircut came out completely different to what I asked for. When I mentioned it, they were quite rude and even tried to make other customers laugh, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand it won’t be identical, but this wasn’t even close and felt like my instructions weren’t followed. The service itself was fine, but the overall experience and result really missed the mark.

Haircut done very well. Recommend. Did not have time this time for the shampoo, but next time I will make sure I do. Make a booking. I will be back. Excellent!
