This was mediocre sushi, certainly nothing to write home about. The wait was long, nearly a half hour for three rolls even though they weren't busy. The atmosphere is terrible (it's a food court, not a proper restaurant). We were seated at a mean little table with people milling all around us. There was quite a bit of noise and lame pop music playing over the loudspeaker.

Samurai Sombrero is on a ROLL! Sushi is always fresh and consistently off the charts delicious! Gabriela and Jesus are always so personable, its just one more reason to support an incredible local business. We highly recommend eating at Samurai Sombrero.

experience was absolutely amazing, head chef gave us free sushi rolls no charge since he was closing, we asked him why he was doing this, he said he did for the love.

People are very nice, and food is pretty good. Their Miso soup was one of the best I had. This is not a japanese/sushi restaurant, but still a very enjoyable place. Their rolls are gigantic, and it make them hard to eat a piece at once, or keep it together without make a mess. Portion size is good. They only have fountain drinks.
