I called and tried to book for a haircut. Someone from the phone told me I can get the 2:00 PM slot and before the phone was ended they decided to put me at 2:30 PM instead but I agreed to it. So when I arrived in the shop 10 minutes early, Ken immediately asked if I had an appointment and seemed like he was expecting me ages ago.
