Excellent sushi. Generous portions. Wasabi ok but not too hot which is what i like Very popular place for locals. Its been in mill valley for several decades but various owners Price reasonable for such good sushi Loud place without any acoustical dampening, so difficult to have conversation .
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I feel compelled to write one in this case. Since I have moved to Mill Valley about 6 years ago, I have gone to Samurai an average of 1-2 times a week, and they have consistently provided the BEST sushi experience I have had in all my years in the Bay Area. The owners and staff are incredibly dialed in on every level of service, quality, and flavors of sushi and everything else they serve. This place was super busy and me and my friend ended up sitting at the bar. It was worth the wait! Excellent sushi and service at a great price!! New favorite sushi spot.
