Based on my experience, I sadly must warn people away from engaging Matt. He seems like a nice guy, and we worked with him starting in late 2024 to retitle a property in Vermont. It should have taken no more than 6 weeks. It turned into a 6-month ordeal. His procrastination was extreme. He incorrectly listed the name of the manager on the LLC he formed for us.
