I have to admit, I was skeptical. I have used another service here in PR for the last six years and had remained loyal to them. I had a hit if an emergency situation but they could not get to me for a couple of days. So, my daughter took the initiative and booked Samuelson Laney. Samuelson Laney installed a heat pump for me this summer, and I couldn't be happier. What a great group of people!
Excellent service. They have been so helpful at our cabin on Third Crow Wing from new water pump to opening and closing cabin.
They came out and fixed my gas valve in my heater and did a great job at a great price
On 7/31/24, SL advised me they were canceling a meeting scheduled for the next day. I asked for the meeting to get the issue of improperly installed discharge hoses resolved. The day of discovery was 7/27/24 when I was told by one of their employees that three units installed by Samuelson Laney as far back as July 2013 were discharging iron/rust and salt water to an abandoned sewer/septic system on my property.
