While under the oversight of Rich S., Sr. this company operated with the highest integrity, high quality workmanship, and quick response to any issues which might rarely arise. However, under the supervision of the current owner/management group, this company no longer meets the standards of former days. Materials and subcontractors are at best sub par. Response to warranty issues is poor. They take an "it's not my problem" attitude. Take away...buyer beware!!!
