I was very disappointed with the service during the second fitting. No one explained how to tighten my pants, and the representative didn't have me walk around to check if they would stay up. As the groom, I ended up with a different vest from the groomsmen, and it wasn't fitted to me. At the wedding, my pants wouldn't stay up, so I spent most of the day holding them.
