After reading the negative reviews I was somewhat apprehensive about shopping there. But I must say, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I called ahead and spoke to Kacy to ensure they had some emeralds I could view. As promised, they had a great selection and a wide range of prices & quality. I wasn't ready to get married yet. My wife picked the perfect place to take me to look at rings. I was not ready to buy. This guy made a way to get me into two lines of credit. I have been paying two years and still under the debt. He pushed my wife into pushing me into the debt. It could have been half the cost, but my wife says only buy me a ring one time. I completely agree with other reviewers about this store (please read the review left by a google customer 2 yrs ago and you'll see what I mean). And I really wish I had researched this store before going in. The salespeople are nice at first but just be warned, as soon as you walk in, they will try to push you into buying something (expensive).
