100% UNPROFESSIONAL + 0% RECOMMENDED. Samuels Construction, LLC is the worst of the companies I've worked with. Wayne subcontracted us to do a job with no plan of paying for our services. He started scheduling appointments to pay us to never appear or answer our calls. Clients do NOT hire this company to do your houses as well as Subcontractors should refuse the idea of working for Samuels Construction and avoid a headache. This is just an advise.
To say I hired him to do my bathroom $9500 Wayne Samuels 5/16/2019 never intended to work for he not even licensed to electric work he did not start 6/10 has done nothing but talk 7/31/2019 never work the contract date is passed taking him to court. Samuel’s Construction is an unprofessional, unreliable, and deceitful company. The Better Business Bureau removed his BBB accreditation and assigned him an F rating. HomeAdvisors also removed him from their platform. We hired him to perform work in South Plainfield on June 2017 and we saw him last on September 2017. We have been attempting to get a $1300 window that we’ve bought as well as have him finish the incomplete job. Because of his incomplete work our home was damaged and flooded. Took my deposit in December, 4 months ago, and refuses to return my money. Don't do business with this man!
I recently did a remodel on my kitchen, which Samuels Construction did the installation. The remodel was completed in the projected time frame and the result was beautiful! The workers are very detailed, which I can appreciate as a Designer myself. I would recommend this company. This project was about 40,000.00.
