Referred to Dr. Stacey Cole for new hearing aid fitting. In 2 two fitting visits within 10 days am already acclimated to two new over-the-ear devices. Dr. Cole is precise and no-nonsense. Was seen when I walked in on both visits. Reception area is large and welcoming. Highly recommend to federal employees/retirees in the DC/Balt/Annap area using the federal hearing benefit. Wish all my dealings were this satisfying, have not had much luck in the past with audiologists. Thanks
