This morning I noticed a burning odor coming from my dryer vent. Brian quickly found the issue and explained that a screen on the rooftop vent was blocking airflow. It was packed with lint so heavily that it felt like cardboard. He removed the screen, cleaned the dryer duct thoroughly, and restored proper venting. The airflow is much better now, the burning smell is gone, and I feel much safer knowing the fire risk has been taken care of. Great service and a very professional air duct and dryer vent cleaning experience.
Samuel's Air Ducts was amazing. I called because my dust allergies were acting up and the vents in my home clearly needed a deep air duct cleaning. They arrived quickly, cleaned the ductwork thoroughly, and did an excellent job improving the airflow and cutting down the dust. Very professional, polite, and careful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for any vent cleaning or air duct service.
Highly recommend Samuel's Air Ducts and really trust scott. hard working, professional, and does what he says. excellent job cleaning all the vents and air ducts, doing furnace maintenance, and clearing the dryer vent line. i can tell the furnace and dryer are running smoother now, and the airflow in the house feels better too. The whole service felt thorough and efficient, and everything was left clean afterward.
I hired an air duct cleaning service for my newly purchased home in Bethesda, and they did an excellent job. After the full vent and duct cleaning was finished, the whole house smelled fresher and the air felt much cleaner. Brian was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly throughout the visit. He explained the process clearly and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. I was very happy with the results and plan to use them again for future air duct and ventilation service needs.
