After moving in, I found signs of stink bugs, mice, and a lot of pet hair left behind from large dogs, so the air ducts really needed a deep cleaning. ezra came out, cleaned the ductwork thoroughly, removed built-up debris, and added a sanitizer treatment to the hvac system. i started getting really concerned because every time the hvac turned on, a dusty, stale odor was coming through the vents, and the upstairs seemed to get the worst of it. Samuel's Air Ducts arrived on time, explained the pricing clearly before starting, answered all of our questions, and showed before-and-after photos of the air duct cleaning. The technician did an excellent job, and the difference was easy to see in the photos and in the cleaner airflow afterward.
