The worse Dr ever! I saw him a couple years ago and only did the initial one hour appointment.He basically did nothing i mean nothing. Then falsified the report with a made assessment. While there he did not DO anything or give me exercises to help my horrific pain.He did say in his report that he did include exercises and he did NOT.All lies.
