I was referred here from Liberty Women's Clinic as I'm an immigrant and had no health insurance. I was around 20 weeks pregnant. First appointment went well, reception was friendly and the Dr I saw was great. Moving forward to the 1 hour glucose test which I failed and then was requested to take the 3 hour test. I asked to opt out so they told me I would have to have my prenatal care transferred to Liberty Hospital and treated as if I have GD (gestational diabetes). I will only give 1 star because they make an effort for my children's appointments and take it seriously but when it comes to my own health they really could care less. You call to leave a voicemail and hope they call you back. They dont 90% of the time and when they do they only transfer you over to someone that doesn't have a voicemail box and you'll have to keep calling the main line back in hopes that they contact you back. Horrible establishment. I went to the ER for a possible miscarriage and was told to call my ob to get blood work done, and these people told me i can’t go in until my next appointment which is A MONTH AWAY. Find a better place they won’t help you even in the hardest times. Not even a recommendation to another location that will actually help. I HATE THIS PLACE first pregnancy too, such a scary position not knowing whether or not your baby is in you. Please help me look for another location, i need answers.
