Was assigned a specific dentist at this location due to having state insurance. My insurance provided the name, number and address for this dentist. Called asking to make an appointment but they stated they’re not taking more patients. Why was I assigned if you’re not taking more patients? Or am I already considered a patient by being assigned this place back in like November???

I tried to make an appointment I’ve been at Samuel Rodger’s before but when I called to make an appointment they denied me because they said I am a new patient even though I have been to the facility for care before. Doesn’t make any sense.

Ya van dos veces q me cancelan mi cita y la ultima ni tan siquiera había recepción,de casualidad salió un señor de una oficina q al parecer trabajaba en el lugar y nos dijo q los médicos no trabajaban ese día,perdí tiempo y ni tan siquiera me reprogramaron mi cita porque tampoco contestan,no me gustó para nada ese lugar
