Pésimo servicio y tienen en su póliza que si llegas 15 minutos tarde. Literalmente pierdes tu cita. Y donde ellos aplican que si te atienden media hora o casi 45 minutos después de tu cita. No te cobran. Llegue a las 9:08 am y a las 10:18 fui pasada al cuarto. Y cuando fui a ventanilla a preguntar a una persona.
