Prescribed a medication that not only didn't help, but in a phone call to the company that produced the medication, their representative emphatically stated they did NOT be recommend it for my condition! He also erred in dosing on another prescription needed for post-surgery comfort and recovery. I question whether that surgery was really required, and then it turned out to have gone exceptionally badly. I’ve been going to Dr Rice for several years. Dr Rice, and his Staff, are extremely professional and very pleasant to see each time I go. Dr Rice listens and explains things to me so I can understand him and he has helped me more than I could ever say. In my opinion, he’s the best of the best. I have scheduled appointments/checkups and l always look forward to seeing them and I’m proud to say he’s my Urologist. That’s why he and his staff have earned my 5 ??????????! Thanks, Derrell Cook
Dr. Rice has been my Urologist for 10+ years, and I adore him. He takes time with me to discuss more than is necessary, and for that, I am grateful. I only wish he were able to be an ? la carte physician for me. All of the office staff are helpful, friendly and understanding. I have always been seen promptly for any appointment type. Thank you, Dr. Rice, for your time and attention to my needs at my last visit on Thursday, April 21st for my post-surgical follow-up. God bless you.
