When you can finally get to Dr. Snipes the care is adequate. The office staff is the problem It is wholly ridiculous trying to schedule an appointment with the office. No direct line! You have to leave a message with an outer office and then his office has to call you back (typically in an hour or two.) Then when you get a message (because you are not sitting on your phone) You have to go through the whole situation again.
Very nice guy. Put me at ease right away. No one enjoys going for an appt, he made it bearable
