Every step of the assessment was explained. The tech used his phone to literally zoom in on tiny/tight spaces, and videoed the problem he found to show to me. Guess they don't use mirrors anymore - jeez, I'm old! Thorough work was done to repair the problem, and he also checked the overall health of the A/C to abate any future issues.
My senior citizen mom needed a new ac and heater system installed last week. Her original quote from another company seemed really high. I got a recommendation from a coworker who son in law works in HVAC. He recommended Samuel & Sons Heating & Air and I was able to schedule a same day quote. GO with Airheads HVAC instead. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Do not go with this company. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. It took a contractor to fix their mistakes. They did a "Service" on the unit and didnt install something correctly which resulted in our unit leaking and causing water damage on 4 walls. The invoice was unreadable, and they probably made it that way so you cant make out what was actually done. There are 6 filters in the house (which we replaced), and not 1 was replaced.
