They are thorough..Prices are great..highly professional..Communicates with explanation everything they do..customer service is above expectations. Harley does an excellent job..They care about their clients and take excellent care of your AC/Heating.

Every step of the assessment was explained. The tech used his phone to literally zoom in on tiny/tight spaces, and videoed the problem he found to show to me. Guess they don't use mirrors anymore - jeez, I'm old! Thorough work was done to repair the problem, and he also checked the overall health of the A/C to abate any future issues.

My senior citizen mom needed a new ac and heater system installed last week. Her original quote from another company seemed really high. I got a recommendation from a coworker who son in law works in HVAC. He recommended Samuel & Sons Heating & Air and I was able to schedule a same day quote.
