My parents have had Dr Carter taking care of them for almost 10 yrs. He is always thorough and compassionate. His office staff is great to get them in when needed and always pleasant.
Dr. Samuel Carter and Valerie Fleming, with their excellent staff, provide an extremely high level of professional medical care in a very friendly manner. We couldn't be more pleased with their care.

I went to doctor carter for years. His office has been very aloof to my health concerns.Once I sat in his office for two hours because they forgot I was there. Valerie is great, I stopped seeing Carter and opted for his nurse practitioner for the last few years. Everytime I have asked for help his office has treated me like nothing is wrong.
