Very efficient and caring, with a fantastic office staff.
My parents have had Dr Carter taking care of them for almost 10 yrs. He is always thorough and compassionate. His office staff is great to get them in when needed and always pleasant.
Dr. Samuel Carter and Valerie Fleming, with their excellent staff, provide an extremely high level of professional medical care in a very friendly manner. We couldn't be more pleased with their care.
