Dr. Serianni is the BEST!
I love Dr. Sirianni. I understand that the long waits can be frustrating but it also means when you see the Dr. He is very thorough, you have his complete attention, you know your concerns are being addressed. Hes a wonderful Dr with old school sensibilities. I love knowing my concerns are being addressed and I am being heard.
I like the doctor but he is never on time! Whenever I go in there I sit and wait for him for at least an hour and half. The office staff asks that you come 15 minutes before your appointment. How about respecting everyone’s time and the doctor being on time too! If it is a matter of having to cram patients in to get paid then this is a problem!
Dr. Sirranni, used to have the best staff including his receptionist IDK what has changed but we see ALOT of laziness and carelessness in the staff. They're always on break or can't answer calls. I have one parent left Dr.. and we have always had trust in you. Not your current staff! Please confirm and contact me directly Dr.
