Dr. Polk did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable about my procedure, and he took the time to make sure I understood what was happening by answering any questions I had. His nursing staff made me feel at ease and unworried. Most importantly, he succeeded in getting me relief for the awful pain I've had. He was the first person to actually help me instead of just taking my money. Also- his surgery room had a vibe that took the scary part out of the experience.
