A few months ago my son went to the ED at Boston Children's with abdominal and chest pain. After evaluation he was admitted into the hospital and we met Dr. Nurko..he was arrogant to start with.. didn't studied and analyzed my son's chart enough before coming to visit him and ignored his conditions.. my son a hEDS and Marfan's patient had a lot of chronic pain that eas getting worst. Awful. Unprofessional. Dismissive. Always on vacation.
Doctor Nurco saved my life, my family drove 5 hours to the ER where he left his clinic to come to the ER, immediately admitted me, immediately ran test and diagnosed me correctly! My quality of life improved significantly and immediately after 2 and 1/2 years of suffering where my doctors refused to diagnose or treat me.
