This was really hard to give a 'star' rating to this place because the service you get and the quality of the food you get is highly dependent on what crew is working. The quality of the food varies SO much! The last time we went, the staff was wonderful, the service was great and the food was phenomenal. However today, service was not good.. actually i was uncomfortable by the atmosphere here today. Tryed to order pizza and subs for a week and they always are not able to deliver only deliver if they have a driver ....one employee said go to ninos pizza so I found them and to say the least much better food and service than I have ever gotten at this mancinos ......THIS STORE IS NOTHING LIKE THE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY AS THE STORES IN KALAMAZOO OR MATTAWAN ....it's a shame my order totalled over $ 116 dollars for an evening for the family and they sent it to another restaurant
This place is a joke. They advertise delivery but everytime you call they aren’t delivering. This place should have sold with village market. And not to mention the 20 minutes on hold to even try to place an order.
