Im not who the guy is that takes phone orders but he is not friendly at all!!! Absolutely need better customer service!!!
We usually don't have problems here, but this stuff is way too expensive to have come out with disregards to how it is ordered and burnt. Definitely not happy about this visit. One sub was burnt and the other had everything on it that it was clearly ordered without.

I ordered the loaded baked spaghetti meal. It comes with salad and garlic bread. The salad arrived and I realized that there was no dressing. I went to the counter to inquire if there was dressing already on the salad. I was told no but I could purchase some. If the dressing is not included the counter staff should mention that when you place your order. Dressing is only included if you order a large salad. I guess I was supposed to just know that fact.
