Poor experience, waited for ever for my food. Got the order wrong… wasn’t willing to help fix the order.

Everything is perfect there. The pizza, the grinders I love Hot mancino clubs, much better than subway. The pizza is good, the ice cream is good, the prices are good n the people! I love the calzones too especially when they make them big.... Zero complaints the food is awesome...we need more of these stores

Good food, but the customer service is awful. Online pickup order was lost on their end and I had to wait for them to remake it despite ordering 40 minutes beforehand. It isn't an issue that the order was lost, things happen. What was an issue was the fact that the service was horrible. I was given attitude through trying to ask where my order was. I said it was placed at this location, and the girl here said "So?" and only after a pause they said they'd "try" to find my order. I do not have her name, but that isn't importan... read more
