Love love love Dr. Alexander, he is only the second ob-gyn I have ever been to and extremely pleased with his service. He is the only doctor my daughters have been to and he has watched them all grow up, he is so compassionate and kind. He truly goes above and beyond with his patients. Don't ever retire!
I usually don't leave comments. I am not sure if it's the doctor, reception, or both. I had to call Nexplenon to get answers because the receptionist wouldn't tell me anything. For context, I wanted to get a Nexplenon removed April 11 instead they put me as IUD removal. This implant in my arm is almost a year overdue and it is making me sick. The front desk is a bunch of nosey hoodrats just be looking at your crazy! Laughing at your condition when literally nothing is funny! Profiling the hell out you walking through the doors. Funny think we’re all the same color! Oh and let’s no speak on the DR.ALEXANDER the doctor literally would have you sitting there a hour after your appointment time to do literally NOTHING! I will never return back to this office. Why? Due to privacy concerns. I went in for my yearly exam. The exam was fine with the doctor. However the level of mistakes done by the front office really left me speechless. My phone number and email was never properly updated until today.Therefore I couldn’t get my lab results. When I asked the front desk administrator to have the doctor or nurse to give me a call so get I can discuss results, since I can’t get acces; she said that she would leave the nurse a message. The front office is garbage. Just to get a refill or a change in prescription turns into a lonnnnngg 4 day process. You’re not even allowed to speak to the doctor or the nurse either. Word of advice, hire people that actually like what they do and are competent.
