I just called to set up an appointment for tax advise as a contract worker with my own company. I was told they don't any new clients at this time unless "they are refered by another client". I take from this response that this firm wants clients vetted and with bigger accounts. I can't speak to the quality of their work for I never got a chance to determine this. I would not recommend them just from this customer service pov.
Don't waste your time.
Do NOT use these ppl! Increase their fees without telling you, it's double the price, they don't file your taxes on time resulting in you getting penalties from the IRS. Please go anywhere else. You'll be sorry if you trust them!
