Unable to properly diagnose and treat an extremely common type of epilepsy. Lacks empathy. In comparison to other doctors I have seen, he does not seem to be up to date in his field. Always wears hiking boots. Gives off a miserable vibe. Go to a professional neurologist.
After 15 years of being treated by him for my multiple sclerosis I ended up leaving. He is awful. Phone calls were never returned and I ended up in the hospital for 7 days due to him ignoring my symptoms and complaints about migraines. I had a full ms exacerbation and was diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines. My primary physician saw me the week I left the hospital and couldn’t believe I was as bad as when I first was diagnosed. Wish I could give no stars. The most unprofessional doctor ever. Told me "it was all in my head" and wanted me to see a psychiatrist. The following week I was admitted in Mt.Sinai for chronic neuro Lyme disease and Bell's Palsy. Just because a patient has other chronic conditions doesn't mean they want to be sick. They just want help. His treatment was WRONG.
