My experience at Berkeley with Lasik has been great. It has been almost two years and they have done an extraordinary job at following up with my progress and making sure that things are still doing ok.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yankelove for over 20 years as my wife and son. He is the greatest and one of the best if not the best. His staff is very nice and professional I recommend Dr. Yankelove and his staff for all of your eye needs.
I first was referred to Dr. Yankelove by my Optometrist after seeing "stars" one day. I was concerned, but Dr. Yankelove with his wonderful caring and professional "bed side manner" quickly examined my eyes and reassured me that I would be okay. Since then he has done cataract surgery on both my eyes which was an amazingly easy and successful restoration for 20-20 vision! I have only been a patient for about a year, but it has been the best experience from my initial visit on. I have had cataract surgery in both eyes with no problems and wonderful care from all the staff, starting with Dr. Yankelove! Recently I had LASIK to tweak one of my eyes that Dr. Yankelove wanted to perfect. He is a perfectionist for sure!!! Very comfortable office atmosphere that plays great background music also.
This was my first visit to this location and I was not looking forward to it as I knew I would end up with a stronger prescription. However, the experience was a blessing. Each staff member made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the welcome at the front desk, throughout the exam and finally with deciding on my new frames and lenses.
