I called today for an appointment and I spoke to Rose. She said I am discharged from the clinic by Dr Samuel Heiks back in 2016. She stated I had an appointment in 2016 but I left because I was there for my neck problems, but the MRI that I came to review was not available for review so I left. I was having pain and problems from a failed neck surgery and the MRI wasn’t available. No point of the appointment.
