Dr Haywood can be very arrogant and not as caring as I would like from a Dr who is treating my cancer diagnosis. Had a procedure and when I went to another doctor for a second opinion I did not receive any follow up not even a phone call. For all he knew I could of died.
Dr Haywood is one of the finest Dr's I have ever experienced. He has always taken the time to address my concerns. I am confident that my care is second to none because of his staff and most importantly him.
Patient and attentive
If I had a choice to give zero stars I would. This doctor was a replacement for my longtime surgeon who had moved away. I had to send him reminder to put in an order for my yearly testing. When I arrive at my appointment that I made the prior year at Hillcrest I was informed that my appointment is at main campus in downtown Cleveland.
