The staff is incredible! They work as a team well, communicate my needs and requests to the doctor well, and fight my insurance company to make them pay the regular big bills my injections cost. I feel like they really care about me, and want me to be well by what they do and say. I am so grateful for them.. Dr. Friedlander really cares about his patients, I feel, because today I saw that.
