I had a wonderful experience from the moment that I called to schedule my appointment. Dr. Russ and the staff at the Eagan office did an exceptional job of seeing to my needs. Respectful, caring, patient… Dr. Russ was wonderful. He diagnosed my problem, provided me with options and treated my problem area. I was able to walk out of the office with no pain. I know my options for the future. I will recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr Russ is kind and understanding, along with being a great orthopedist.
My experience with Dr Russ was very good. We reviewed my X-rays for my ankle break. He addressed my concerns & we both agreed I needed another follow up appointment. I trust his judgment on additional care.
