Samuel is fantastic. He helped me rent my condo. His attention to detail when it comes to learning what you love about your home and the neighborhood makes him unique. He strives to sell not only the home, but the area it is in because he understands how critical each are to finding the right person(s) for the home. I think he goes above and beyond for his clients and that is what sets him apart from other realtors.

I rented a property listed by Samuel Ciochon, and I would not recommend working with him if you are looking for someone who will actually advocate for you once the lease is signed. My spouse and I met Samuel at an open house in Ravenswood. He was the agent hosting it, and I recognized him from his video tours of Chicago neighborhoods. Samuel was so knowledgeable and was able to recommend amazing units that matched our preferenc... read more

If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond, look no further than Samuel Ciochon. My husband and I found Samuel after watching his YouTube videos while we were preparing for our move from Florida to Chicago. From the very beginning, it was obvious that he wasn’t just trying to sell homes—he was passionate about educating his clients and making sure they felt confident every step of the way. Samuel gave us an incredibly detailed buyer consultation that completely changed how... read more

My experience with Samuel Ciochon was wonderful and I am now very happy to be in my dream condo! Being a first time buyer, I was very pleased with Samuel’s knowledge and patience. All of my questions were met with kindness and generosity, and Samuel never minded explaining things a second or third time. Samuel is a wonderful guide - he really empowered me to make my own decisions while supplying me with the knowledge of his years of expertise. It’s been a notoriously hard year to buy a home - and I definitely felt discourage... read more
