Samuel sold my condo and helped my partner and I buy a single family home. He really knows real estate, and his knowledge was so appreciated throughout the selling & buying process. Samuel Ciochon helped me buy a loft condo in Printer's Row in Chicago, and he made the process both easy and fun. He was there every step of the way, providing advice and support for me and my legal representative, advising me on the inspection, helping to research the condo board's history, and assisting in making the closing process understandable and stress free. On top of all of that, he referred a contractor for my renovation. He's the best there is.

Samuel Ciochon at @Properties in Chicago was an amazing realtor. He went above and beyond. I was out of state for most of the transaction and Samuel was always available by call/text to assist and answer all my questions. The purchasing and closing was one of the easiest i have ever experienced. I purchased in the Lakeview area with so many amenities. Samuel was able to get me exactly what i wanted in a short period of time and left the stress out of it for me.
