I was met with excellent check in staff interaction. Back office staff pleasant and compassionate, very thorough in obtaining medical info and concern for current complaint. Dr Pitts did a detailed assessment of problems and was aware of my level of pain. He provided options and listened to my concerns and questions moving forward. Very pleased with my experience with Dr. Pitts and his staff.
Can’t say enough about the professionalism of Dr Samuel Pitts and all of his staff. Attentive, beyond competent, and empathetic people. Highly recommended. I owe the use of my dominant shoulder to the skill of Dr. Samuel Pitts and the team. Plus diligence in PT. His office staff work like a well oiled machine. I know that Legend Orthopedics is rebranding as Georgia Carolina Orthopedics. Our family has only had positive surgical outcomes.
